We look for better days ahead, much like:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Springtime arrives after a long hard winter.<\/li>\n<li>We build a new fence after the old one <a title=\"falls apart\" href=\"https:\/\/dianaderringer.com\/fall-apart-at-the-seams\/\">falls apart<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>New flowers bloom through dead grass and leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The message of Easter offers\u00a0the greatest\u00a0fresh start of all. Jesus died on a cross on Friday, but he rose from the grave on Sunday. He defeated death and sin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">When we choose to follow Jesus, we receive\u00a0new life. We gain God&#8217;s love, peace, hope, and joy. We still have problems, but the problems will not defeat us. In addition, we have the promise of an eternal home in heaven.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cTherefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new\u201d (2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Do you have an expression you want explained?
